Liquid Local Legends Vol. 2:
Atomic Mutation

Since 1992, Atomic has become widely renowned for being the source for books, comics, zines, toys, and all sorts of amazing literary oddities. It’s owners Benn Ray & Rachel Whang not only run one of Baltimore’s best small businesses, but they are also stalwart community and small business advocates.

Two years ago, Benn & Rachel opened a little bar in the back of book shop called Eightbar and stocked it full of awesome craft brews, and that is when we knew we wanted to make a beer with and for them.

Atomic Mutation Dry-hopped Saison is a 6.7% belgian-style farmhouse ale dry-hopped with citra & nelson sauvin hops. This beautiful brew showcases a wonderful belgian yeast strain with notes of apple, pear, & apricot and then finishes dry with an almost white wine grape character.
