Introducing Rough Draughts — a new series of experimental beers from our Research & Development Division. With Rough Draughts, our Brewing Team is reaching into their bag of tricks to create original test batches of exciting and innovative recipes with influences from all corners of the beer world. Rough Draughts are made in small batches, will pour exclusively in our tap room, and will be rotated regularly.

Brut IPA-
Inspired by the emerging West Coast style, is a dry yet flavorful ale. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Blanc and Vic Secret hops, the beer was fermented with a special enzyme that helped break down all the starch to fermentable sugars taking the brut’s body and mouthfeel to almost nothing. Post fermentation the beer was dryhopped with over 3 pounds per barrel of Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops to give it a bright nose of Gooseberries, Lychee, Pineapple and Grape. 7% ABV 22 IBUs
Citra Sour-
Hopped with Citra in both the whirlpool and the dry-hop, Citra Sour smells like fruit punch and tastes like ripe pineapple and tropical candy. 5.8% ABV 20 IBUs
