Check out those hops! They’re huuuuuge!

Welcome to Volume 2 of our continuing RE:UNION Collaboration Series. This next chapter of collabs follows the career of our UNION Co-Founder and Director of Brewing Operations, Kevin Blodger, from the time he left the East Coast in 2007 for the great Mid-West, to begin brewing for Gordon Biersch in Chicago, IL.

Series 2 will introduce the brewers that Kevin met in Chi-town, and who’ve also gone on to start their own breweries around the country.

For our first collaboration in Vol. 2, we invited Davin Bartosch, whom Kevin met while Davin was brewing for Rock Bottom Brewery in Chicago and whose gone on to open Wiseacre Brewing Co in Memphis, TN to join us here in Charm City for a brew.

Tiny Elvis mabye small but he’s a real showman. This dark Vienna-style crooner shows off a toasty malt body wrapped in a dazzling sequined cape of citrusy Lemondrop hops that bring a real balance to the delicate malts. Tiny E leaves the building with a crisp, dry finish. Down a pint of this brew and you’ll be thanking us…very much.
