ALES For ALS | Belgian Pale Ale
This year we brewed the fruity experimental hop blend along with 100% Belgian Pale Malt into a 6.9%ABV Pale Ale and fermented it with Belgian “La Chouffe” yeast. The result is wonderful hoppy pale with natural spice notes and fruity Belgian Yeast esters wafting out of the glass.
We’re calling this brew “Broken Record” in tribute to Baltimore’s own Cal Ripken Jr’s 1995 breaking of Lou Gehrig’s 56 year long stand for Most Consecutive Games Played.
