An all barley-malt Berliner-style weiss based on a historical brewing recipe from the pre-prohibition Frank Sandkuler Brewery, last brewed in Baltimore in 1895. Our recipe takes german Pilsner, Vienna and Acidulated malts and allows them to undergo a 24 lactic fermentation to produce this pale ale that is light, tart and incredibly refreshing.
