Private Event FAQs

We have a sound system in The Duckpin Room with a Bluetooth connection, we can hook up your playlist. We also know a few local musicians that we work with- If you do book someone we need to have contact in advance to make sure we have proper accommodations for them to play.

We have an in-house caterer, Carroll and Son Fine Foods, that can be used for events in our space. If the caterer does not meet your needs, we can discuss other options. If you are looking for dessert, we have The Charmery located in The Collective, and they can provide you with frozen treat options for your event.

We have 5 beer garden style tables for use in Union Hall that seat 8 guests each. We have an additional 5 barrel top tables that can be used for seating 3 guests or used as standing room. Adjustments to seating are available upon request. Beyond that a rental would need to take place- in our experience having a mix of standing and sitting works best- this encourages guests to intermingle, play games, and dance. We need to have contact with the company providing any additional tables, chairs, or any additional equipment to insure proper drop off of items, and pick up.

We have some on-site parking available. We suggest that guests conserve our natural resources and carpool, use a car service like Uber, or take public transportation to the light rail stop beside the brewery.

Absolutely- just no lawn darts. If your event is in the Duckpin Room you also have access to the ‘docks’ outdoor space between the Union Hall entrance and loading dock for your party. This is a great cornhole location or space for people to get some fresh air.

We are not permitted by Maryland Law to serve any alcohol other than beer that we produce at the brewery.

If the safety of our employees or guests is questionable due to inclement weather, we will cancel the event. If the brewery decides to cancel the event for this reason, a refund for all site rental fees up to that point will be refunded to the guests. In this situation, the brewery is not responsible for any additional arrangements or bookings the guests make for the event.

You are welcome to set up some decorations during private events at the Brewery. Just no confetti or glitter! If you plan on having flowers at your event, we have a great relationship with Crimson and Clover in Roland Park – they are familiar with our space, so they can pair the perfect plants with your party.

You are leasing the rental site during the event. Any damage done to the property by your guests is your responsibility and will be charged to you. This includes excessive extra clean-up after the event. If a group gets out of control at any event, it is at the brewery’s discretion to shut the event down at any time.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks (with valid ID), and Rolex Watches.
